Makrana
Introduce Makrana
Makrana is a part of Nagaur district and is renowned for its marble mines all over the world. One of the wonders of the world, the world-famous Taj Mahal, was made with marble stones from Makrana. As a result, Makrana city became famous all over the world for its marble stones.
View of Deen
Unfortunately, this region was deprived of the blessings and virtues of the Islamic Shariah. Owing to the roots of anti-Islamic rituals and bidaah in the present scenario, most people remained far away from the teachings of Islam and the right path. Among 50 masajid, only 5-6 masajid are safe from bidaah. The root cause of these dispersive situations is the communication gap and lack of interaction between the people and the Ulema and Akabir-e-deen. However, awareness has increased in a very short time, leading to the establishment of madrasas such as Madarsa Hidayatululoom in Do Masjid and Madarsa Nurululoom in Adarshnagar. But since these madrasas are insufficient to counter the bidaah and anti-Islamic deeds, the utmost necessity has arisen to construct a bigger Darululoom.
About Makrana
The Jamiah Saadat-ul-Uloom is situated at Makrana, Dist. Nagor, Rajasthan. The state of Rajasthan is very important land according to Islamic educationally, spiritually, politically and also in the history of the Islamic culture. It is known as Rajputana before Independence. It consisted of 22 regions and now has become one of the largest states of India. Allah has bestowed upon it several qualities and many specialities. The desert of “Thar”, lots of marble mines and colourful stones are the specialities of attractions to the world.
In the past, this land glittered with lights and knowledge of Deen and its surrounding places were also benefitted from it. The rays of Noor-e-Nabi by which Barr-e-Sagir was enlightened were raised from this land through Sultan-ul-Hind Khawaja Moinuddin Chisty (R.A.). The land of Rajasthan has also presented Hz. Maulana Hasan Khan Sb. Tonki as a great writer. He has written a very valuable book consisting of about 20,000 pages. Beside him, many other intellectual and genius Ulama-e-Kiram also belong to this land. Their description is a cause of pride and delight for Urdu and Arabic books. In a short time, the land of Rajasthan has played a big leading role that Delhi itself couldn’t present in the history of 600 years.
But it is true that situations have changed. Where there is progress, there is also decline in this world. From which region, fragrant air of spring of Deeni educations and Imaan, oneness that thirsted for a breeze.
For a long span, due to lack of Deeni education, this region has become the ground of anti-Islamic rituals and bidaah. A big number of people are unknown to the basic teachings of Islam. But due to the blessings of Allah, now some madrasas have been established here and they are imparting the education of the Holy Quran and Sunnah to the Ummah.
Some of them are:
1. Darululoom Muhammadiya (Milkherla, Bharatpur)
2. Jamiah Islamiyyah (Pokran, Jaisalmer)
3. Jamiatul Hidaya (Jaipur)
4. Jamiah Arabiyya Islamiyya (Jodhpur)
5. Jamiah Islamiyya Latifiyya Taalimul Islam (Sardar Shahar, Churu)
